I have nearly 17,000 followers on Twitter…And, they’re real people, not bots…I’m a member of the invitation-only IBM Futurist and Dell Influencer programs. I’ve trained countless B2B sales professionals and executives on how to grow their business using LinkedIn and Twitter. There’s more, but you get the idea…I’m a practitioner of the practices I teach in this online course. And, remember, it’s not rocket science!
During the training and coaching I’ve delivered, I made an astounding observation, which frankly shocked me. Most B2B sales professionals came to the training thinking they already knew more about how to use LinkedIn and Twitter in their sales practices than they actually did. In other words, "they didn't know what they didn't know."
Over and over again I heard comments such as "I thought I was pretty knowledgeable in LinkedIn and Twitter in my sales practices, but I learned a lot in this training that I frankly didn't expect to learn."
